VingTsun

Ving Tsun Kung-Fu
This is a really magnificent Kung–Fu style from South China. We teach three forms without weapons:
Siu Nim Tao (Little Idea Form)
Chum Kiu (Asking Hands Form)
Biu Tze (Thrusting Hands Form)
Here the puppil learns a lot of important Ving Tsun principles, fighting aplications and he also learns Chi Sao what means sticky hands, which is a genious methods to learn applicate all principles in reall fight. In Chi Sao you learn to use your reflexes without thinking only by feeling, because in reall fight you dont have a time to fortell what kind of movement your oponent will do. Ving Tsun fighter gets in touch with his oponent and then in a split second through his reflex he feels where the gap of his oponent is. Because of this Ving Tsun is a very good system for physicaly weak or blind people. Then we teach:
Mok Yan Chong or so called wooden dummy form with aplications
Chi-Gerk (Sticky Legs)
Luk Dim Poon Kwan (Six and Half Point Long Pole Techniques)
Bart Cham Dao (Eight Ways of Double Buterfly Knifes)
